Based on John the Baptist's role as the "voice in the wilderness," we also strive to be "voices" that point to Christ. We want to be a voice and not a face. We want others to know us not by the face that we have, but by the truths that we speak, by the Spirit of God that dwells in us, and by our Christ-like love for everyone. We want to serve God until we are faceless.
